Lost Acres Orchard
We wrap up with our neighbors, Lost Acres Orchard will wow us with a surprise dish prepared to show off Old Orchard Apple Wine. This is a real team effort between these neighboring farms, the apples for the wine are grown at the orchard and turned into wine at the vineyard.
The Garlic Farm
The Garlic Farm will be our first guest farm. Join Alison last year’s intern at the Garlic Farm and learn more about this pesticide free grower. This week we will taste a Garlic Scape Pesto paired with our Clemons Springs, a dry white blend with a slight oak finish.
