Nothing feeds my soul more than being present when sunlight and shadow suddenly combine in a way that makes me think, “I need to paint that!” Color, light and shadow have been captured by artists for centuries and I feel blessed to be able to share my way of seeing the world.
I paint with with oil or acrylic on canvas to capture to capture life-like images of mostly landscapes and life near the sea. The brilliant colors of nature inspire me to paint every day and share the beauty of what I see around me. I love when I hear viewers make a personal connection with a painting of a favorite spot or memory. Thank you for coming to share my joy of painting.
